MONA CHOPRA BIOGRAPHY

Mona Chopra was born on February 11, 1984 in Hyderabad, India. She is a famous actress and a model. She is also known as Sherlyn Chopra. Mona started her career as an actress with the famous television series "Beeper" in which she played the role of a Indian Nanny in 2002.She acted in the movie "Time Pass" in which she played the role of Jenny in 2005. She got her fame from the movie "Dosti: Friends Forever" which was released in 2005. Mona played the role of Sonmia in the movie "Naughty Boy" which was released in 2006. Her last appearance is in the movie "Red Swastik" in which she played the role of Smita in 2007.

Prior to delving fully into the world of natural medicine, Mona worked as a high school social studies teacher in the NYC public school system and was active in a variety of social justice and community-based organizations. She received an MA in Education from Teachers College at Columbia University and a BA in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.
